Sub: Heavy vacancy position on Indian Railways leading to unbearable additional burden and serious staff  discontentment-immediate action requested.

Ref: Your letter no. 11/95/Part X dtd. 27/05/2017.







With regard to your letter under reference it is informed that Railway Board deals only with Creation of posts for the proposals, received from Zonal Railways and PUS, in terms of directions contained in kaiiway Board letter no. E(MPP)/2010/1/67 dtd. 28/10/2016 (RBE No. 127/2016).

Aforesaid letter of the Board enables the Railway administration to identify surplus posts and accordingly make a pool of surrendered posts and thereby create its required posts.








Regarding non filling of vacancies, the detailS of empanelment through RRB for DR quota Group “C” posts for the last 5 years is as under:-
