Subject: Combined Section Officers’ /Stenographers’ (Gr.’B’ /Gr.l) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 25th February, 2013 and subsequent reminders dated 14th March, 2013 and 11th April, 2013 on the subject mentioned above.
2. All the cadre units were requested to keep in readiness the complete ACR/ APAR Dossiers of all the candidates, who have appeared for the post of Section Officer of CSS and Private Secretary of CSSS for the Combined Limited Departmental Examination, 2009, 2010 & 2011 so that the APARs/ACRs of the successful candidates can be sent to UPSC immediately once the results is declared.
3. However, it is seen that the status report has not received so far from a few cadre units. UPSC has now, declared the result of written part of the Examination on 26th April, 2013 and shall request for the ACAR/APAR dossiers of successful candidates. All the Cadre Units are, therefore, requested to keep in readiness the ACR/ APAR dossiers of successful candidates of the written part of LDCE 2009, 2010 & 2011 and make available to UPSC immediately on receipt of communication from UPSC in this regard. It should be noted that any delay in sending the ACRs/APARs of successful candidates to UPSC would eventually have a bearing on the posting of Section Officers in various Ministries/Departments.
4 This Department may also be informed of the action taken in this regard.
